Milica has made a huge step forward. She has conquered a world of her own, a cosmic world, and in that world of hers she has found a compelling way of expressing herself in terms of pictorial representation, plastic mastery and general conception.
The subject she works on is universal and what seems to me the most important of all it's that she has focused above all on the artistic, pictorial element of her work in order to convey a story which does not concern only the universe as such but also and above all, the art of painting itself. I am very pleased that we have here an artist with an unusual poetic mode of expression both modern and contemporary in every respect. At some point, observing her paintings and, more generally, her artwork, face questions crucial from the point of view of contemporary art, where resides the use value of design and what is in essence the greatest achievement of what we consider as classic painting?
